Another New Member- never a bad thing?

I have just joined the Forum after buying a 2003 Roadster 3.0i in silver etc. etc. Yes another mid life crisis, but my last car was suffering and needed to be replaced, my kids now have their own cars, so it seemed just wrong to buy another family saloon! I have already found this site very useful for a number of different topics and just want to say thanks for the option. I have the same minor issues that many have reported, gas struts are corroding on the boot, can't connect my ipod, hood cleaning, tyre sizes, the list goes on. I think I have most of them covered now thank to you all, good job!

Welcome to the forum!

Another new member is never a bad thing provided that a) the are sensible enough to buy a Roadster and b) they share pictures of their car.

Well done on the first! :D

Hi and welcome ,to the forum and the mid life crisis .
I will give you 6 months before you crave the M///

Well at least you're ahead of the game knowing answers already through the forum - nice one!

Hope you get sorted with your Zed - get out on some of the runs and you'll enjoy it even more.

Welcome to the Forum.

:driving:

Coming up to 12 hours since your first post. That's usually the deadline for pics, after which we'll send someone round to confiscate your Zed's keys until we see pics.

No pressure. :D

The only acceptable excuse will be your stating that you have been driving it ALL day.

Hi there, I am trying to beat the 12 hour deadline before you send the boys round but I cannot attach the images. I assumed the "Img" button in the "post reply" screen is how I do this but when I click I get the following message in the box :-/img][/img]. This is obviously code, if I try to past the image directly, the first photo fills the screen and gives me no options to add other images or review etc. Apologies if I am being dense here but I have never had an issue like this before?

Pleased to see that you are taking your Forum responsibilities seriously. I managed to post my first pics courtesy of the following: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=30

Plenty of time - 32 minutes left!

Hi and welcome

Glad to see a new member buying a Z with a real engine :poke:

That's why I got a 3.0 rather than the 2.0 my partner wanted me get so I wouldn't be wicker than his Audi TT lol

Well worth the wait and posted with 12 minutes to spare. The boys are now called off.

I should have previously mentioned the third condition - that being a whippy aerial. You now pass on all three counts.

You are now a fully-fledged Forum member. Welcome!

Oh - and nice pics
