Another MPG thread... sorry!

Ive never managed anything above 24mpg and thats not driving fast or slow just a mixture of the two really.

Something wrong with your car maybe? Or do you live in a very hilly area?

But if your prepared to drive slowly all the time 30+mpg is probably achieveable.

30+ is easy. You don't have to be slow, just steady.

Not particularly hilly and im sure theres nothing wrong with the car. Also its hard to know what people define as slow, steady, spirited driving etc. I did a questionnaire post on mpg and although the majority were getting between 27 and 33 mpg there were quite a few that only saw mid 20's and less. One bloke, cant remember his name said he only got 14mpg now thats some spirited driving
