Looks very nice but that leather (from experience) will require a lot of effort to keep it clean!
It was my first choice when I specced my latest Z in Aug 16 but it wasn’t available.
Yes agree need to keep on top of it nothing a bit of toothpaste a bit of water and a soft brush to agitate the dirt then soft cloth and leather cream job done :-)

Haven’t heard of the Toothpaste thing before.
Yes it agitates the stubborn grime and dirt and a soft bristle will bring it to the surface works a treat I even did it on the sellers drive before I bought it

I’m fine with the badges on the side/rear as they’re factory fit, it’s the extra one on the grill I’m not so keen on.
All a matter of personal taste of course
I'm confused - are you saying 'M' badges were factory fit for this Zed??

Toothpaste, does that include the one with the coloured stripes?

They reserve that just for cleaning M badges!

I think the side M badges (on the M Sport obviously) were factory fit...or as I like to say "M Badge Delete". Did one come on the back also? I thought it was just sides. The one on the grill is aftermarket.

It they were factory fit, then I apologise and retract my 'NO' comment. If BMW fitted them then who am I to judge? :)
Of course, removing them, or not, just becomes a matter of your own personal choice.

The side one's definitely were factory fit (the small subtle ones). Not 100% sure if they put one on the rear (I don't think they did) and the front one, definitely NEVER factory fit on an e89.

Side ones , front ones , rear ones or any other ones were not fitted from factory on a Se model  same as a 118d  just wrong :(
its a great car , really no need to chav it up

Good point, on a non m-sport car...why put them on? Either to pretend you have a higher spec car than you do (i.e. fitting a GLX badge to a Sierra LX back in the day) or simply cos you like the look. If the former, then anyone who would appreciate that it might be an m-sport would spot the bumpers and know its not. If the later, then thats personal taste.

I may be slightly wrong but I think they started adding small M badges on the sides next to the other model badges around 2014

I would just like to say it's my car I didn't add the badges but they don't offend me and I'm no chav
And I won't be removing them.

I’m afraid this matters out of your hands now & the M-badge police are dealing with it

I wish I give a funk but I don't. Badges aftermarket wheels exhausts stereos or anything else is personal choice I guess everyone has an opinion.I may have to post up a picture of the m logo on my mats too
