Another Grey one.

last year my main car was off the road for a short period, and I purchased a 2.8 Z3 to use, I have owned a lot of BMWs but was really taken with the Z3.
I was going for another Z3 for the summer but, I decided to buy a newer improved Z4. I read some reviews and then I purchased a 03 2.5 manual in the best condition/mileage I could find.

The car had 18" wheels when I bought it last weekend, but I fitted some 19" Schnitzers and red tail lights. I did want to drop it 20mm but given how bad the ride is already I will leave alone.

I didn't expect such a dire ride or dangerously poor headlights. Or doors which shut with a sound that belongs on a Fiat among other cheap build faults.
I need to replace the middle brake light as its cracked up (seems common) and that's about it aside from HID lights, I'd like a fruity exhaust but I am trying not to spend too much on this as it will be sold on quite soon.

Hi and welcome. Raise the height of the headlights a couple of complete turns. That is what most people do to get over that issue. Brighter bulbs alone won't fix it.

Hello and welcome m8, at first glance i thought somebody posted a pic of my zed then

Are you running runflats, my zed has a horrible ride on un smooth surfaces, i just had the tracking re-set, also check your tire pressures, i also needed some bushes replaced on the nearside front

I have the same alloys but with studs in, I'm blaming the ride on them :driving:
