Had to px my z3 to get the E89..
Both lovely cars. Wish I had room to keep both.

We had both for a while, but it’s a bit impractical owning a pair of two seater cars

Our E89's sure do throw a wonderful shape, but does anyone fit Spacers to the rears ?
I'm thinking the Arse would benifit and fill the arches. My Z3 has 20mm fitted (Non on the front)

Anyone done this ? Pictures of your rear ends ?

Could always try some 437M type wheels, these fit to perfection,

The boot issue will be one of the wires going to the little soft close motors, I took the wires out of both and put in some beefier ones that won't break again.

Whats the problem ?

Has been into the Indie, good news is the mechanics works OK.
They managed with the computer hooked up to open and close, but could not clear ther fault code.
They tell me only BMW have the software to fix. The boot locks and there is no water ingress so not an emergancy.

Boot fix was not what i was expecting, was lock cylinder that had to be replaced.
Was fixed one day before warrenty ran out which was nice.
Also, one day before a drive down to Brixham, Devon. Roof down all the way :)
