Another Dension Gateway question

Hi,
I have a 2006 3.0si Z4 with business CD with DSP (10 speakers, and amp), bluetooth, NO nav.

I would like to buy Dension Gateway Lite BT

So questions:
- Will it work? I've read that 2006 onwards don't need dsp adapter.
- can I mount it in the glovebox and connect behind the radio instead of the trunk/rear glovebox?
- will the bluetooth interfere with my OEM bt? I wouldn't connect the microphone, as the BT will be only needed for tablet integration

Hope to get all the anwears from you, as reading previous topics got me confused.

Cheers,
McK

The easy question to address first: yes, you should be able to mount it all under the head unit and even route the iPod/USB/aux connections out through the glovebox.

My 2006 Z4M has nav and DSP and the Dension Gateway 300 works with it. My understanding is that is depends whether the system is using coaxial (digital) connections for the audio (vs analogue). I figure the way you could check this would be by pulling the head unit and checking if there are coax connectors present on the car wiring harness connector.

I belive ther is no coax cable behind the HU, only two big square conectors, and AFAIK it has the digital conectors.
So will it work?
