GOD, WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME! Seriously, that kind of interior is reserved only for yachts or rowing boats.

I'm pretty sure the Sat Nav would give bearings and commands such as 'steady as she goes, holding Nor by Norwest'.

Hmm, might spec that interior on my next car  look's like the wood effect has been varnished :o

I like the seats  Think they look different, but probably would not buy them :D

And that interior above! My god WTF is the guy thinking! Get rid of the wood and it would look sweet!

Cheers for the helpful info guys (not for the boat interior, that just ruined my day).

I figured Cat-d at the asking price, the interior's not bad enough to warrant 4k+ off what should be the asking price.

Is it possible to take Cat-d register off a car, I only ask as a friend of a friend did a check on the insurance history of the car and nothing came up.

Still......depending on your requirements for the car, would make a cracking track slag if you could trace all the work and it had all been carried out to a good standard.

If it was identical spec to another, but £4k cheaper simply due to the interior, then I'd probably buy it and retrim the seats with black/champagne alcantara or replace the seats completely with Recaro Pole Positions.

To refer to a previous debate......no Nav either.

I think it has Nav - look at the pics.

Looks like the bargain of the decade to me - judging at face-value, of course.

What if the guy who does end up buying it joins this forum and someone directs him to this thread? :o

He'll be throwing himself off a tall building.

He'd get home with his shiny new car and think, I know, I'll post some picturesof my new baby online for everyone to enjoy.

I must be taking a turn for the worse but i dont mind the interior. Would agree alittle on the bright side but would not be to hard to change dash etc.
I would not mind it as a track car given half the chance. Set of CSL'S and pole position seats would suit me down to the ground.

Ignoring the fact that this car may have a chequered past, I'd be more than happy with that interior. It works far better than a totally black interior on a black car, IMHO and if the car is a gem in all other respects then it could be a bargain.

A very std car with not much options. Also that interior.

I don't see how you can say that. It's got the all important nav and heated seats. We can't tell if it's got bluetooth, or the upgraded hi-fi, but even so it's hardly spec light is it? Everyone seems to forget that even without ticking any boxes these cars came with xenons, leather, electric seats, rain sensor and auto dipping rear view mirror as a minimum. Spec just those items on something lowly like a current 320d and you're looking at nearly £2k. Which is why nobody does it.

From what are you saying that? It has nav, cruise, appears to have xenons, storage pack etc...OK no extended leather!

And whats wrong with the cabin - i LOOOOOVEEEE IT :) then again i am biased:) :poke: :poke: :poke:
