Another boring scissor jack question

Would this work for an E89 2014

Expensive I know, but seems to have the rubber protector on the jack point too.

Open for other links if anyone has one...

So are you carrying a space saver, i do, haven't had a serious puncture ever since i bought it, now 5 years.
Was getting punctures every year before. Strange that.

No, a 19” inch space saver does not save enough space in the boot for me, plus they are expensive.

I’ve gone for the ‘rats tails’ and compressed air. Plus I’ll get breakdown cover in case.

If you have a recommendation on scissor jack let me know.

Get an OEM E46 jack. Compact and will slot into the jacking pad without destroying any of your underbody.

Loads on eBay for around £20+.

I bought an E46 space-saver from a forum member and it came with an E46 jack and wheel-brace.

The jacking pad is built to fit into the BMW jacking points, so you could just look for an E46 jack.

Plenty here to choose from:- https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR2.TRC0.A0.H0.Xbmw+e46+jack.TRS0&_nkw=bmw+e46+jack&_sacat=0
