Annoying Z4 startup jingle

Hi guys,

Took my car in for an oil service recently and when the mechanic reset the service indicator he must have messed around with the iDrive somehow. For some reason I get this incredibly irritating jingle on startup that is trying to inform me of a connected USB? Or maybe that the iDrive is working? Maybe the phone is not connected? I essentially have no idea what this melodic chime is for.

I’ve tried disconnecting any devices (phone etc), starting with seatbelt plugged in and gone through every option in the iDrive. No matter what I do this irritating jingle still has to chime. It doesn’t occur on ignition, only about 3 seconds after starting the engine.

Please, does anyone know how to make it go away? I know it’s going to be something stupid.
 
Does your car have keyless entry/ignition?
If it does and you enter the car then put the key in before you close the door it will be 'bonging' its head off.
Mine does this...
 
It doesn’t have keyless entry, and it’s not the dreaded “BBOONNGG” noise either. It’s a jingle that I think is letting me know something has connected/turned on successfully... I just have no idea what it is for or how to stop it.
 
My viofo dashcam makes a similar noise, so much so i don't notice now.

FLYBOBBIE YOU ABSOLUTE BEAUTY!!! That’s exactly what it is! Completely forgot about my dashcam! Tomorrow I’ll go through the settings and turn the startup sound off (it’s hardwired and has a 5 second delay from the cigarette lighter fuse).

I was sat in the car for a good hour disconnecting things and going throughout menus... I knew it would be something stupid!
