Angel Eyes

Has anyone replaced their standard headlamps (2003 E85) with angel eyes?

Also any recommendations on someone who can fit them at a reasonable cost in the Essex area? I'm willing to travel a reasonable distance.

I looked at those too but I read on here they were not much good
