Hi guys,
Can any of you recommend a good place to get some angel eyes for my E85? Im after black ones as i think they will go with the silver better, just wondered if any of you had experience with them and best place to buy them from without paying £600.
Cheers.

You can fit angel eyes to your existing light and spray the inserts in black, probably cost lest than 50 if you do your self

i was thinking more of a bolt on replacement. I saw a pair on ebay that looked ok, but i hear so many stories about the rings not glowing right, so wondered if anyone who have actually bought some can recommend a place.

I bought mine from this seller but he doesn't seem to have any more in stock!

This guy is selling what looks like the ones you want, might be worth asking him the name of the seller he bought them from and if they have built in levelling motors?

Obviously do not buy any from China etc. as these are usually very poor quality copies!

everything is made in China :) No matter where you buy it from
No it isn't.... Taiwan is also a popular choice.

My point was that most things coming direct from china for a very low price tend to be very low quality, if you buy from a UK seller they will generally be much better quality, if your unlucky and they are just cheapo ones you can return them with ease and get your money back

I think the Chinese government would argue with you on the Chinese-ness of Taiwan.

Anyways, just the fact that a product is manufactured in China / Asia shouldn't be a huge warning sign. Plenty of high quality products originate from that region, but the level of quality depends on the factory and the money it has been allotted to get those items made.

My point is that all the Angel eyes i have aquired came from Ireland or France - But manufactured in China, or Taiwan in your case

Not looking for a debate on this - just saying that wherever you buy them from they have come off a 'slow boat'

It was a tongue in cheek comment! lol

Your absolutely correct, but when looking at ebay specifically it is a huge warning sign! Buying cheap direct from china on ebay 99% of the time results in a very poor quality item being delivered weeks later... Which is why I will always recommend steering clear and buying from a UK seller instead.

I bought a set for about £330, early days so they look great but not as bright as id like them to be, give the car the look of a 6 series. Did mist up first few times but seem to be fine now, can provide pics if you want?

I fitted these and IMO they are actually brighter than my OEM Xenon's (probably due to clouding of the OEM ones over time)...
