ANGEL EYES QUESTION

Is it possible to have the angle eyes (drl) " ON " too when the projector head light is turned on? Currenty, the angel eyes on my car is ON only as DRL and will turn off when I turn on the projector head light. Please advice
 
Mine stay on too. I have the DRL set "on" but the angel eyes on the two inside "bulbs" (there isn't a bulb in there in the US) are on. I wish all 4 were on. :x

Maybe my DRL needs to be re-programmed to stay ON at all time when the ignition key is in. Can the dealer do this ? Anyone's advice please.

Not sure. Actually my car doesnt even have the DRL setting programmed on.
 
Do facelift Z4's with xenons have angel eyes? Similar to the 1 series set up?

I dont have angels and my pal with a facelift doesnt either - he doesnt have xenons.

Mine's a facelift coupe with Xenons (US version)
 
Pretty much everything regarding the headlight setup can be programmed by your dealer. Setups vary by country, and if you import a car the headlight setup is probably the only 'mod' the dealer will do.

Mine was imported from Germany, meaning I have to turn the lights on manually every time I take it for a spin - which happens to be quite often :S

So another reason to go for facelift xenon headlights.

You can tell if your car head lights have angel eyes option if you see rings( angel eyes) around the lenses. It can be activated as drl.

Hope you have lots of money, the headlamp units are around £700 each from memory
