Amber Handbreak light

Hi all

I've got an issue with my Z4 (2007 2.0i) The break warning light came on so I've changed all the pads. The light has now changed from red to amber and I can't figure out what's wrong and why it's now always lit

Any thoughts or suggestions ?

Cheers

Jason

Hi all

Break fluid is upto the correct level. When I changed the pads I also changed the front & rear sensors

sometimes it goes off for a short time but not often

Check your new sensor connection pins have located properly. Easy to bend them inside the receptors.

if it was the wear sensors would it not be the brake pad warning light not the handbrake light?
