Am I missing a part (radiator sealing)?

Part no. 5 - do you have it on your car? It's missing on mine, but it wouldn't be the first time BMW pictures something that it doesn't use from the factory, so I'm asking before I buy it.

It clips under the radiator and seals against the engine undertray. I would think cooling efficiency could be compromised without it

I had an annoying rattle that happened to be this bracket coming loose. All wedged in between the undertray and the radiator.

Found mine hanging loose previous owner had tie wrapped front parking sensor wires along it which stopped it falling off completly. Just clipped it back in after taking the undertray off to get at it.
