Just treated my Z to an early Christmas present and got some dust caps with BMW logos. Jeez, I'll be getting a stubby aerial next! :D

Make sure they are decent quality... once had some metal ones the garage put on (replaced the OEM ones, b***ards!) and they ended up rusting onto the valves, such that the valves had to be replaced.

Sure it's fine... just try taking them off in a week and see if there is any sign of rust forming... if not then sure they're ok

Nice shiny, I have the M ones and they have been perfect and do not rust to the car. My car is garaged anyway ...

Next project (after the roundels) is to clean the inside of the wheels :poke:

You're all a bunch of sad perfectionists! :P

(and by the way, it's a trick of the light... the inside of the wheels are glistening  )

Sad is not fitting the valve caps, but putting the huge red arrow to show us where they are on the wheel.

I think most of us woudl have spotted it

I did that for the Roadster owners

Did you notice that the centre roundel is not lining up with the valve cap? I mean ...

Obviously as a mod I remain even handed in all such matters, but of course only a coupe owner could even think an arrow was required, or indeed that adding 4 fancy dust caps really overcomes and distracts attention from not having open air motoring.

na i have just put m ones on my m need the rear boot spoiler next
then some track alloys and wheels it will never stop.these cars are great fun :driving: :driving:
