Ok so the spec of the badges is as follows, 82mm OD 9.5 thick and the cut out for the logo is 0.50mm/1.00mm deep
Will see what looks best.

Just wondering why you're cutting them from stock so thick? Wouldn't something thinner look a bit sleeker? Really interested in seeing the final product. Could be up for a set if they look decent installed. Love a good bit of Innovation!

I just matched the oem set for size. And they are 9.5mm.
