Alpineroad - new joiner

Hi All,
I am a new joiner here, not new in Z4. I am enjoying it from 2019. It’s a 2.5i 192hp with M option. I have the hardtop as well.
Thanks !

I will try to add a picture now

This picture has been taken at « Col du Lauteret » in France on the road between Grenoble and Briancon.

On my e85 2.5 I did some modification:
-/ spacers : front 12mm and rear 20mm.
-/ ez-lip on front spoiler. Not that bad.
-/ bluetooth amazon connexion. Easy to fit but sound need a lot of more bass to be qualified as ok..
-/ pirelli p-zero rear and front. Non runflat (the basis).
-/ ultra racing triangle strut bar. I definitely recommend this one.
-/ bilstein b8 on all corners
-/ rear differential change : from 3.23 (origin) to 3,46 (taken from a 325ci - direct fit). Changing a lot the feeling of the car, it’s like a lost weight of 10% on the impression. Much more fun and still drivable everywhere every time.

The next mod I would like to do is to change my wheels and put the 400m from BMW.
i have seen a member of this forum who did it and I like the style.
I have a question for the bolts using these 400m wheels, if someone can help here that would be great.

Thanks

Hello and welcome, I was on the trip with [ref]earthdweller[/ref], it was spectacular and we had a fantastic time :driving:

Ah but you had better company than me  :fuelfire:

I will be able to show you beautiful images of Z in the mountains if you like because I live near Geneva. I admit that it's very easy for me to go for a ride in the mountains.

There’s quite a few members on here that regularly hit the continent and head for the alps/Pyrenees

Have a look at the meets/events and road trips sections

Perhaps even a post to say that your happy to meet up

Always lovely to meet a local zedder

+1 on driving the Zed through the Alps - I've done it several times (including staying in Geneva OP) and will be going back again this summer. A must if you can make the time - Stelvio, Furka, Grossglockner etc
