guys who do this must have so much patience

dread to think how much they charge

very impressive

personally i don't think a car of an alpinas value is worth spending best part of a grand of for just a good polish

thats not a put down on alpinas before you all start lol

£280 + VAT a day....

I think I'll buy a DA and some more gubbins from my local Poorboy's distributor before I go to the detailers then :headbang:

I would rather take a week off to do it myself and save £££. But for sure I can't get any near the result in the pictures :P .

says on the bottom 2 days spread over 2 weeks.

Not bad considering it included painting the calipers.

Although should have painted the rear drums too

Sometimes if you give them the car for a few weeks you get a reduced rate, and they use your car to fill 'gaps' in their schedule....

Still wouldnt pay near enough £800 for that

Looks great. Says 39 hours in the text so including the wheels it was probably getting on for £1400+ :o

Like getting a new car though 8)

Don't think that's anyone on here, and it's not a known car on the Alpina Register either...

Bloody hell! Our local detailer who has been on DW for years would do that for less than half that!

Looks like some of the brake guard has been cut away, wonder if it had bigger brakes at some point.
