That is a stunner. Alpinas seem a lot more practical than an M..... and they never did an M in that fantastic colour.

One of the two reasons I didn't get an Alpina over the Z4MC was the insurance quotes I was getting...almost double what the Z4MC was coming out at (was also looking at a B3S).

Ultimately that, and the lack of a proper roof put me off - but I'd still have one

I've seen flimper's car a few times and as well as looking stunning it's got pretty much all the kit, even including the rare power-fold mirrors - just no out-dated Sat Nav. :lol:

And maybe it's just me, but I think Interlagos Blue is a better colour than Alpina Blue II!
