Hi Everyone

A new Alpina Roadster S owner in Devon just saying a quick hello. Hope to see anyone in the SW out on the road at some stage.

Which one have you bought (build number, colour, spec and photos would be good )

You're not too far from me so it would be nice to see another one on the road.

Thanks! Very pleased thus far but only had it a few weeks.

Its number 167 and was recently on with Sarah Cox Cars. Some very helpful comments from dustybobbins (via this forum -thanks to him again) one half decent PX offer later it was done deal and to be fair to SCC they were very reasonable to deal with. Standard Lux spec in black with red interior. Will try and sort a pic at some point.

You had yours a long time? I see from the Register you have the B12 setup on it (or did at that time), happy with that (as a suspension refresh is in my plans)?

Certainly be good to see another in the wild
 
Hi congrats I,m down in Plymouth with an alpina blue (204)with the b12 setup if your down that way give me a bell and you can try the car out too see if you like the set up

Sounds like a nice car you have! (don't tell 167 but blue was first on my list. A very kind offer and may well take you up on that at some stage. Either way hope to see you out on the road at some point

Quite a coincidence for 2 people to join the forum in the same month, both with Alpinas and living in Devon!

Ha ha yes indeed what are the chances!

Have the car stored with a friend at present but should be with me soon and will add a pic. A SW meet at some stage sounds good.

Welcome aboard Phil. We always knew Alpina's were two a penny. Turns out they're two a topic as well. 8)

Several new members around Plymouth. :) Saltash for me.
 
Hi Mr Tidy I used to be Phila on the forum I joined about 2 years ago but last year I caught meningitis and it’s been a long time recovery,I tried getting back on line but couldn’t get hold of an administrator so had to re join

Looks like there are plenty of people for a SW meet. I'll be the one hanging at the back trying not to bin it

That looked a very very nice Alpina.....I was very tempted as well, sadly too much commitment elsewhere. :cry:
