I like a clean look, so I thought the badges had to go. Only took 15min, but I did use a heat gun which helped a lot. And the boot had to be machined polished to remove the Z4 'shadow'.
I also thought it would be a great idea to send my girlfriend a message saying "I binned the Z4", wait until she said "what?" then send her a video of me throwing the Z4 badge in the bin. She didn't reply immediately though, and I completely forgot about it while I finished cleaning the car. So I come back to my phone to find many missed calls and many messages asking if I was alright, what had happened, etc. Oops
