According to the James Paul ad it was 'Registered 31st December 2008'

Interlagos with Champagne, carbon leather, DSP, 27k miles - looks quite tidy in the photos - they're asking £16k

Nice looking car with a good spec. If I wanted a Roadster, I'd have to take a serious look at that. Maybe some room for negotiation on price. Feels perhaps £1k over the market, but if it was a really good car I might not quibble too much. Really good examples of these are getting increasingly hard to find.

It's been up for sale for a very long time - but for the majority of the time it was £18k, as Jan said. Think I posted this on another thread, if it's in good condition it'd be a great buy, but as OG says just a little keenly priced... Unless it comes taxed and serviced.

If that was a Coupe I would be like a rat up a drainpipe! It's my perfect colour combo & decent miles & late registered.

Drive past this every day. Been for sale 2-3 months. Paintwork looks quite dull in the 'flesh'.

It's also kept right on the roads edge....probably suffered a myriad of stonechips (the road isn't great).

Do you think it just needs a good detail though ? I am sure they put very little effort into polishing and waxing the cars in their care... Though the possibility of stone chips from where it's parked is awful :(

Oh I'm sure it needs a good detail. Trouble is, if the last owner let the paintwork get so bad, what else has been ignored/ neglected.

I'll try and get a photo on my way home of where it is parked.

To be honest when I've spoken to JP in the past them seem to be really nice guys and they get a lot of Z4's in stock. I've seen maybe 6-8 Z4Ms (Coupe and roadster) there in the last year. Which for a small independent place is quite a number. They must search for them specifically.

I am pretty sure easty-5 got his imola MR from them during the summer, and I have seen no complaints from him of note. You're right, they have had a lot through their hands this year.

Btw ... Who registers a car on the last day of the year? ... The dealer ?
The dealer probably had targets to meet and offered a deal if the car was registered before the end of the quarter/end of the year

This.

My last Z4 was registered late December to hit yearly target for dealer to get bonus.
