Hmmmm ,u selling the Zed Bri.?
M

Its already sold Moz :!: we decided to have a change and are now owners of an Alpina D3 Bi Turbo individual in Santorini Blue. Would have kept the Zed if the North Wales run and the Irish trip had come off this year was looking forward to those, but bleeding virus got in the way. We will miss it though.
Hope your both well?

Yeh wer both fine, isolating, just having trips out int Zed, in our own little bubble.
The new car sounds very tasty ,

Hi all, I still have this set of alloys for sale and will now accept £300 for them, No offers I'm afraid. Collection is from CF426SG. PM me if further information is needed.

I’d have been all over these but I suspect, like many, the lockdown will have people thinking twice before agreeing to collect.

I’m sure these will go straight after lockdown is lifted

If it helps they look like Style 292 staggered 17s going by this:- https://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/bmw_alloy_wheels/z4_e89_alloys/17_bmw_292_wheel_1418

I might have had them for my 3 Series if I hdan't bought a set of 290s last year.

As "Darkangelv2" says hopefully they will sell quickly once lockdown ends.

Are these still available? And a stupid newbie question....are they the right type to fit my 57 z4 coupe?

I am happy to collect them, if they will go in the boot...if not I will need to borrow a bigger vehicle, like my son’s kia picanto, at the weekend.....

the offsets are quite aggressive to fit on an E86 - assuming your E86 is on MV2s currently. fronts will still out 18mm more than they do now, rears will stick out 10mm more.

Hi.
Yes I still have them but whether they will fit your zed I'm unsure, I suggest that you check all the relevant dimensions with the style 292 and check that against yours? Just to reconfirm, I only had them refurbed just before I bought a new set of wheels that cost more than I'm asking for the wheels let alone the tyres that are practically new. I need the room in my small garage and have since replaced my zed for a 3 series now. I don't think the set will go into a coupe?
If you find that they will fit send a private message and we can exchange details then.

I think they would fit an E86 OK.

I had a set of 295s from an E89 35is on my last 3.0Si and had no problems with rubbing, and they were the same widths and offsets (8J ET29 fronts and 8.5J ET40 rears) although they were 18s not 17s.

That car was on standard M-Sport suspension, but if you've got anything lower like Eibachs, etc. you may have a problem.

With the load cover retracted you can get 2 wheels in a Coupe and still shut the boot, but you'd need to get the other 2 in the cabin somehow!

If it helps the photo gives an idea of how they will sit in the wheel-arches.

Thanks brillomaster. That might be a problem. Would actually be quite a lot bigger I think. Shame.

Okay I had best leave it zedwheels. Lovely wheels for someone though.....
