Alloy Wheel Refurbisher, recommended

After having my brand new MV3's on for five days, I kerbed the front Nearside. Never ever kerbed an alloy in my life before. Rather than wait for the road salt to get into it I contacted a mobile refurbisher who came to the House with a huge fully equipped vehicle, removed the tyre and he made a great job of repairing the damage for £50.00. I would recommend him if you are in the North East of the UK. Wicked Wheelz, a fella named John Longstaff. 07968 735706. He does work for the main dealers and was a nice fella.
 
Thanks for the recommend - live in the NE and slight kerb rsh on my wifes 325i (my fault) so will give him a ring. :thumbsup:
 
I agree with that recommend.
John has repaired the alloy wheels on my daughters car a few times now (only her fault once !) He does a crackin' job. The repair and repaint is "as new"

Don't forget to keep him topped up with tea.
 
I have washed the car today as it was nice and bright (and dry for a change) I took a long hard look at the refurb job on my wheel and I have to say its probably better than the others with the factory finish. Amazing.
 
Can anyone recommend a similar alloy refurbisher in SW London or the Surrey area? Happy to consider leaving the car with them if not a mobile service...

I used a company called the wheel specilaist based locally to me in Garforth, Leeds. They have locations nationwide in the UK and they will make your wheels look like new again guranateed, they can even change the colour entirely, fit & balance new or old tyres and wax the alloys prior to them been refitted again for ease of cleaning. I had mine refurbished and fitted again in under 24 hours about 3 months ago. £75.00 a wheel, they look like new and the wax that has been applied means they clean up like new everytime. P.S. I must add when I took my car in it was the worst car there...surrounded by Ferrari, Porsche & an Audi R8 :headbang:
