I am looking for someone good to refurbish my alloys in the Central Scotland area. Does anyone have any experiences or recommendations? Including example prices if possible.

Thanks in advance!

I would avoid the Wheel Specialist in East Kilbride, they damaged my tyres taking them off the wheels and let me drive home without saying a word, only for one of the rears to go flat 2 days later, when I phoned them to enquire 'Oh we knew we had damaged it but hoped we'd got away with it' They did reimburse for the tyre, but then a front went flat, again with a damaged bead.
The finish was never as good as I expected especially on close examination and the actually Powder Coating was brittle and did not take to the alloy properly.
I'm hoping for much better results when I pick my wheels up in a few weeks time from Colourworx in Dumfries.

I am getting my Z4M wheels done by www.exelwheels.co.uk.I have been dealing with a guy called Chris who seems very knowlegable.
They actually use Lepsons to do the refurb and seem to have a very good reputation with the Porsche boys.I am getting my wheels back tomorrow and will post up some pics then.

I've had several sets done by Perth Powdercoating, they remove and refit the wheels and tyres and spit my 108's for £200. Great job done in 36hours.

Have used http://www.carrickengineering.co.uk/ a few times . 1st class service . have left car & picked up next day job done.

I don't know where in Central Scotland you're based but if your near Glasgow and want your wheels powder coated then I'd recommend ESP Powdercoating in Stronend St. Don't be put off by the surroundings, Trevor's been in the wheel refurb game for years and produces excellent results. For 18's expect to pay £220/230.

Just to update this, I went to Central Powder Coating in East Kilbride upon recommendation, quite a decent job for a good price including removing, refitting and balancing the tyres.
