Allow Wheel Pins

Came across these guys and they seem like a good way to install the alloys without scratching them.

Is there a place in UK/Europe that sells them? Too much bother to get them in from the US for what they are.

Excellent idea - especially with the size and width of the rears - should make things a lot easier.

Just ordered from ebay - thanks for the heads up!

:driving:

Thanks. That will make it easier to not scratch the recently painted calipers since the wheels sit so close to them :)
Is one enough or a pair is handier so it won't swing left and right?

One is perfect... As it allows you to swivel it slightly to line up the holes.

Good spot, I hadn't been able to find a UK source at a reasonable price so just ordered one of these

They call them ALLOY WHEEL FITTING ALIGNMENT TOOL but I'd previously searched BMW wheel fitting stud/pin/hanger etc and they hadn't come up :headbang:

+4 have a pair, makes it easier on the fronts as lifting 19" onto a swivelling hub is a bit awkward.

A very handy piece of kit  Wouldn't this be something that MM could knock up for a reasonable price  :poke:
