All Season Run Flat Tires

For those of you who currently have Run Flat Tires, can you please provide your input as to what you recommend? I currently have the Bridgestone RFTs that came with the Z4, but I am looking to replace those with All Season RFTs. Please do not comment on non-RFTs. As much as I would like non-RFTs, I am not comfortable driving without a spare and with only a tire emergency kit and pump in the trunk. All Season RFTs only please. Thanks.

Thanks WLH. I must have been mistaken about the Goodyear F1 All Seasons. I thought they were RFTs but I don't think they are. My rims are the OEM 17 inch. The tires are 225/45/17.

I guess by the lack of responses, most forumers don't have RFTs! Maybe that's a sign for me to buy the Goodyear Eagle F1 All Seasons and the mobility kit? So let me rephrase my topic...please provide me your input on your recommendations for All Season non-RFTs. Thanks.

Well to be completely honest I sort of see all season tires as jack of all trades and master of none. Add RFT to the mix and a tire that sucks becomes one that sucks even more.

:scratchhead: This would be a product that doesn't have a lot going for it....

I could find only one R/F that will fit your rims.
Pirelli PZero Nero M&S RFT
TireRack has them on sale for $139.00 ea.
I doubt that you will find anyone on the board that has experience with them.

If you decide to go non RF's you get some more choices.
The Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position is the top rated all season on Tirerack that will fit your Zed.
The Eagle F1 all season comes in second.

Again I don't expect you will find many if any on the board with experience with this type of tire but let us know what you decide to do and how it works out...

Although I don't drive my Z in the winter, the F1 All Seasons would have come in handy today. We received about 2 inches of snow last night.
