All clear light bulbs!

Hi guys/gals

I've purchased a new set of rear lights and they are the all clear version, the package also included clear 3rd brake light and side indicators.

My question is what bulbs should I be using with these new lights? Do I continue to use the previous set of bulbs, I've also heard people say they use a silver bulb for the clear indicators? :?

You will need a lamp that gives off an orange light, the origonal lamps are clear and so would just give off a white light behind your clear lenses. The silvered lamps mentioned are effectively an orange lamp that then has asilver coating so it remains unseen behind the clear lens when not in use, it then flashes the appropiate colour.

These are an example of what are being referred to and might not be the correct fitment for a Zed, I can't remember whether the pins are offset or directly opposite without looking.

Mine came with lamps included, as they need silvered lamps that are orange, and also the red version for tail and brake lights, these red lamps can also be bought from eBay.

My lights have arrived with the bulbs included for the rear clusters, got small orange bulbs bult in for my side indicators, will see how they work. For soomr reason my pacakge never arrived with BMW roundels and mine have been glued on!
