I had great fun with my car at the 2 day Longest Day Driving School put on by the Iowa BMW CCA chapter at the Mid-America Motorplex south of Council Bluffs, Iowa. It was the first time I've done anything like that in my own car, and I want to do more! I've signed up for another event in September. It definitely put some blue into the rotors and rounded the outside shoulders on the tires, both front and rear. My instructor was great too, and displayed a considerable amount of patience with me.
