Alignment - what do you think?

Car is a 2005 3.0 w sport package etc, purchased as a CPO 6 months ago with 21k miles. Drives great, no problems.
The other day I had it up on ramps for the first time and saw that the right front tire was worn bald on the inner 1/3 of the tire. Really not visible unless it is up in the ramps due to ground clearance.
Took it to the dealer to discuss, they said no warranty (new or CPO) covers alignment or tires, they would sell me a new tire and alignment.
$600 later I got the car back with a new front tire, and alignment report. Front right camber was adjusted from -1degree 10 minutes to -0 degrees 50 minutes, and toe slightly adjusted also. Neither was out of spec to start with, but it seems like they needed adjustment. Dealer said this was what was probably causing the problem with the right front.
I then notice the left rear camber - was out of spec range before adjustment, and was still out of range after adjustment. When questioned, dealer say that it is only out by 6 minutes, and this will not affect tire wear. They adjusted as much as they could, further adjustments would require suspension component changes, and would be very costly - and guess what, not covered by warranty. I notice that SAI and Turning angle diif were also not brought into spec.
I say BS.
A CPO car should have alignment checked before sale. Clearly this was not. If suspension components are at fault they should be replaced by warranty. I also doubt that BMW will agree that specification values do not matter.

Any opinions on the impact of this out of spec condition, and the warranty issue?

My next stop is BMW of North America.

Thanks

Since no one has given any feedback yet, i will give my little bit of feedback from across the pond...

My wheel alignments have never matched from left and right side and the wear has always been even. The specs that were standard on the z4 are great, but i havent used them for a while. Depending on your driving style, a suspension store may be a better place for an alignment.

My specs atm:

Front Left Front Right

Camber: -2.3 -2.5
Toe in: 2.6mm 2.7mm
caster: ???

Rear toe is the same. rear left camber 1.4 rear right camber 1.5.

The reason for the heavy front camber is because i have installed some camber plates. The toe at that setting can cause more tyre wear but i am an aggressive driver. Ive heard toe out would be better then toe in but i was not comfortable with it so i switched.

Bottom line, try a suspension professional place (recommendations are best)

Thanks Stephanie.
What I ended up with is:

Front Right & Left
Camber: -0 Degrees, 50 minutes
Caster: 5 degrees, 27 minutes
Toe: 0 degrees, 07 minutes

Rear Left
Camber: -2 degrees, 29 minutes
Toe: 0 degrees, 10 minutes

Rear Right
Camber: -2 degrees, 43 minutes
Toe: 0 degrees, 14 minutes

Quite a bit different from yours, but I don'tdo so much agressive driving -I guess I'll look around for a good alignment shop and get their opinion.
