Alfa Romeo 4C

Any excuse for a picture, I found this next to me.

Had I been in the market for a new toy, then I may have considered this. It's a great looking car in the flesh

Obviously, I still love my zed

Same here, think the headlights are awful.

Nice looking car but for £50k I'd go Porsche any day.

You'd have to need therapy to blow £50k on a Alfa
Not unlike a Elise down the side :?
Wheel's look nice but offset on rear looks wrong

I initially loved the pictures, saw it on top gear and was almost sick it looked so awful and on launch day someone near my folks got one in red and I couldn't keep my eyes off it. They do look a million times better in the plastic/metal.

Love it. First Alfa I've WANTED since my GTV6 in the 1980's

.......... and the 4C won't rust :dance2:

Saw a red one driving in to Oxford recently, looked amazing! 45k for a carbon tubbed, composite bodied 900 kilo sports car looks like total bargain to me.

So where does the front number plate go - certainly not designed to fit one so suspect some awful plastic moulding...... :(

There's an alpha dealership next to where I work, see a satin white one pull out everyday at 5.30 on the dot. Sounds awesome looks stunning, would still use the 50k on a 2010/11 GT-R though.

Looks a lot like an Italian Elise with more modern technology incorporated, being an Alfa I'd lay money on it going wrong though!
Still prefer our home-grown example

Even if I did have the odd bit of trouble with it, ahem

I love that Alfa - but 50k Wow - but being an Alfa it will be worth 15k-18k in 3 years time - and then you are talking, for me the Alfa is the car you drive to Lake Garda . The Lotus to Knockhill.

Just 3500 4C's will be produced annually and only a 1000 of these will be staying in europe. I don't think you can compare depreciation of the 4C with any other Alfa. I'd be amazed if a 3 year old 4C with not too many miles would be much under 30k. Looks like second hand ones are already selling for a premium too.

Maybe but unlike the 1M it's only a four-pot 1750cc turbo and flappy paddles are compulsory with no 3 pedal option so it's not that similar.
My niece works on the service desk at an Alfa dealer and they got one in for a customer but they don't have a demonstrator - the punter probably hasn't even sat in one! Not my idea of how to spend 50K on a car.
Saying that is does look quite good but I'd rather have my E86 any day thanks. :driving:

I spent sometime going over one of these and I got to be honest I was really disappointed but the end product , now I have not driven one but most reports suggest that it not better than an Exige so in that case .... I would go back to an exige over a 4c. To look at I love ... but that's as far as my interest is now from a harden Alfa fan too ...

Miss my old Exige

Not driven but are disappointed?

How do you English say? The proof of the pudding is in the eating?
