I can never understand why the designers of Alphas have never seemed to realise that their cars will be fitted with front number plates. :?

Looks like it'll fit between the supercharged Elise S, and the much faster Exige S.

The windscreen looks too tall and I think the 4C has lost some of its appeal for me, it doesn't look as sleek, but a bit more ungainly.

Obviously I'll have to wait until the first production car is officially unveiled, but I don't particularly like the change.

This will be the first rear wheel drive alfa since the days of the s.z. ( I don't count the 8c cause effectively it was a maserati with alfa emblems). We want genuine alfas sirs. They learned their lesson and introduced the 4c (a genuine alfa built from scratch). It has decent specs. Actually if we take the current range of alfa models, this one seems as a huge leap ahead in terms of engineering stuff. Oh Come on, which other car comes with a carbon fibre chassis at this price range. It has to be great!!! If I had the money I would be seriously tempted.
Ps the prototype actually looks way sweeter than the press car![]()
Ps2 I hope alfa won't let us alfisti down, as she did with the brera
