Wife has been through a lot of ill-health in the last 2 years, with a severely bad back (2 discs out), then a bout of cancer (leukaemia) to follow ( a life-changer for the whole family, TBH), and funds were a bit low because she couldn`t work, and I couldn`t do any overtime to compensate etc.....
Anyway, the WHOLE time I had the Alfa I used to
yearn for what I felt was a "decent" car again, and now I have one again, in my Z4 coupe. Marvellous ! 8)
Not trying to put out your bonfire bud, as I`ve been there, but just relating my experiences with the "Alfa-experience", ie, not a BAD car, but not enough to light your fire.
Maybe an older TT, or something, if you fancy a change that still has a bit of presence and quality about it ? Not everyone`s cup of tea, granted, but Audi certainly did put an interior together when they designed the TT.
