Hi!
I have fitted my new alcantara M steeringwheel in my Z4 ESS.
So I wonder what the forum members think of it?

It looks "grippy" and I like that. Wonder how it will wear over time? Might get kind of shiny looking? :| Z4 Pilot

Yes it can be hard to keep fresh, so I have bought two things beside the steeringwheel :D

Swissvax Alcantara cleaner

And BMW ///M driving gloves

So I think it will be as new all the time :D :D

nar sorry, don't like it

do you think it will wear well with time?

It is made by same fabric as BMW use. So I think it will wear well :D

We all have different taste, but I like it. Remember that I have the Alcantara Performance seats, alcantara armrest, doorhandles, around gear knob, footrest and doorsills.
So the steeringwheel matches this. The color is also more "black" in real life

Nice. Did you get your existing wheel retrimmed? Just seen you have more alcantara bits in the car so I presume the steering wheel fits in well with your interior.

Not feeling the gloves though

Hi and thanks!
Its an new steeringwheel, and the alcantara is black, not grey as it seems like on the picture :)

I think the gloves are cool, they are oem and protect the alcantara from wear.

That how my car can be greater :D

Not sure of the appearance of the wheel in isolation, but when you mention that it matches your seats, doorcards, etc then I think that's going to look pretty amazing. Do you a wider picture shoing the whole interior? i.e. all the alcantara bits?

And yeah we've all got different tastes - just look at my interior for an example

Wow. Very nice. Loving those seats, and your steerig wheel must fit in well with the interior. Can the plastic part of gear nob be trimmed in alcantara, similar to the CSL one?

Great effort though
