Alarm problems, update!

Right, I've just had my Zed in at Elite Motorworks over at Bretton for diagnostics on the alarm problems i've been having since I bought the car 6 months ago. According to the log it's the interior sensor that is tripping the alarm every single time! Does anyone know how much this will cost to replace?

Didn't go to benstens in the end? BMW independent, they would tell you cost after diagnosis mate.

Hi mate. I went to Elite Autoworks in the end as it's literally 5 minutes down the road from me and people had recommended them too. If I get a bad experience at Elite Autoworks I'll travel over to Benstens next time It's going back to have the work done on Wednesday. On the plus side, they did clear down my airbag light whilst doing the diagnostics. Until it comes back on again anyway :?

Indeed For some reason you don't see many Z4's in the Pboro area. I keep an eye out for any fellow forum members. I'm guessing a stubby would be giveaway . You having problems with yours at the moment?

No mate, mine is fine not had issues. There are only 3 of us in Peterborough on here. But there are about 10 z4s additional to us mate I have seen.

Good to hear yours is ok Mine has been mechanically fine, just a few annoying niggles shall we say :roll: Still the best car i've ever owned though
