Alarm Issues

Hi All

Hoping someone can assist here

Over the past few days my alarm has been going off sporadically. I’ve used the various techniques of double locking, using the key to lock etc with no success.

I finally used the interior central locking, then got out the passenger side and manually pressed the lock pin on the door down which seems to have worked so far.

I’ve attached the fault codes list - any idea where to start?

Likely linked:
2 weeks ago I changed my Z4 battery and also got my key fob battery replaced

Any help much appreciated

clear all those codes and next time it goes off read them again to make sure they are not old ones.

I cleared all codes when the new battery was installed 2 weeks ago so these are all relatively new

If you haven’t already done it disconnect the bonnet switch which can be found in the centre of the strut braces in the engine compartment

To add to this as the alarm has gone off again today (seems to go off once or twice a day)

When the alarm sounds, the hazard lights don’t flash - it’s purely the beepbeepbeep

Scanner 1.4 (PA Soft) allows you to select which alarm indications you get, acoustic, indicators, headlights etc. It also enables you to turn off the various parts of the alarm system to isolate which one is causing the problem.

Sadly don’t have Scanner 1.4 - will go through the sensors to try and find the fault
Currently having my battery checked

Will try tomorrow, thanks

Any updates pal as cant see post date

Sadly that didn’t work, running out of ideas now
So you’ve found someone with scanner 1.4 and tried turning off each part one at a time?
If not then you still have that idea left.
Btw, I left a brake calliper in the passenger footwell and it was enough to upset the interior sensor.
