Hi guys! I noticed today that when I unlock using the key in the lock and not with the unlock buttons the alarm comes on. Previously, I did not have such an issue. Also only the drivers door unlocks and the interior light does not come on. I haven't opened the car from the lock for a few months but in the meantime I had the car inspected with BMW software and also reprogrammed at an indy. Is it possible that the issue comes from a mistake during programming ? Or something else? :?

It very well could be a communications glitch while programming. I would have them re-attempt the programming.
FWIW, the passenger door normally does not unlock with the first manual key unlock motion, it should unlock on the second unlock motion. The light should come on and the alarm go off on the first motion though.

Not too surprising it doesn't work on the second twist since nothing else related works right. 
I mainly mentioned this detail so if everything else suddenly started working except this, you knew what the intended operation was.
I'm understanding all is working properly from the remote, only the door lock operation is faulty. Another possibility is the wiring or sensors related to the door lock are faulty in some way. Unsure how to diagnose something like that. Check the WDS and remove the door card and see what can be determined with a multimeter?
