Lot of time and effort for that 8)

It is a serious commitment for any company to go through the process, and expensive. NADCAP is next. We manufacture precision machined parts and sub-assemblies for all current Boeing Commercial aircraft as well as McDonnell Douglas (C17, F18, Harpoon, even some F15 FMS sales).

In my opinion the Airbus range of aircraft is fantastic. The 330 really stands out and I can't understand why it has not been more successful. However with 7 years Airbus experience and 3 Boeing I have to admit to being converted to the American product. The company I work for are the Launch customer of the 787 in Europe and I think we are buying about 22 of them so far! The first Aircraft should be on line by early 2010.

Given the choice of operating a 787 or a 380 I would chose the Boeing every day of the week.

Airbus flight deck is nicer ...

The embroidered orange jump suit they gave me is...is...priceless. I wear it to get the carts in the wal-mart parking lot as well. I get respect everywhere I wear it. It even has a secret pocket for my bullets.
