Airbags and Booster Seats

My Niece ( 3 ) wants a ride in the car :) - she's tall for her age and in an isofix seat.

I can fit the seat no problem, but my previous owner didn't spec the 'pass airbag off' option ( one of the f***in annoying things about BMW everything's an option, including what most manufacturers include as standard )

So, other than a retrofit of a PAX airbag (tricky and a liability nightmare?) the consensus of opinion is that if the seat is all the way back and a forward facing seat is ok?

Or, should I borrow his 5 series to take her out? :(
 
As far as I know, as long as the seat is not rearward facing (and for a 3 year old it probably won't be) it should be OK.

She'll be fine in an isofix forward facing seat with it all the way back :thumbsup:

Remember to jack the seat up a bit or she won't be able to see, and good luck getting her out of the car when you're done :wink:
