Damn, my airbag light has come on in the dash.
Had it reset but it has re-apperaed yet again.
Apparantely the switch or paddle and magnetic tape is under the centre console.
Any thoughts from you guys.
My dealer said that if the light is on no baggy when crashy.
I hate a light on in the cluster anyway
 
Got the same prob!

Indy reset twice and reappears immediately. Got quoted 1 1/2 hrs labour for electrical diagnostics. Not bit the bullet and payed out yet.

My light came on during disconnection of the pass side airbag (window regulator replacement)

I have same problem
Tried lots of fixes, nothing works permanently for me
I have facelift seats in a prefacelift car so a bit different anyway
I use a small piece of black insulating tape over the light on the dash
I understand all bags will inflat if a crash happens
No problem
 
My tech told me that the module can be re programmed
and that if that doesnt fix it the module will have to be replaced.
It hides under the centre console somewhere and is a paddle surrounded by magnetic tape which when an impact occurs it hits the relevant side of the tape deploying the right bags.
I have looked for the thread mentioned in the next post but cannot locate it.
I seem to recall putting some drinks on my passenger seat on the way to cards and the light came on then or slightly after that...not real sure.
