Ah that's for the vents as well as just the tabs right? Could be wrong but I think the original post is asking if the tabs are transferable?

The tabs can be swapped but you have to disassemble the whole unit as the tab is fixed onto the slat.

Basically unless you buy damaged vents that are no good but want to harvest the tabs from them you may as well just replace the whole unit and sell your old ones.
