Air noise on roadster?

Is there any DIY on wondow adjustments? TIS explanation is a bit tricky, so maybe someone who did it and actually succeded could write about it?
In my previous barchetta window regulators were a pita to use, but once you've got a hang of it you could properly adjust a window in less than 10minutes

I've read that gummi pflege is a no-no due to the silicone eventually destroying rubber, any truth in this?

2 x Einszett Gummi Pflege rubber care sticks on eBay at the moment for a tenner including delivery which seems pretty good - anyone used them?

used this for nearly 5 years on my rubber seals, no sign of deterioration... found it to be great stuff.
