Ok that's simple enough then.
All you are missing is the airbox.
It clips onto the MAF mounting ring where the current filter is held by a jubilee clip.
then just two bolts hold it onto the inner wing.

OK, here's a little how to for you:
Remove the cone filter by undoing the jubilee clip. You should be left with this.

Get yourself a standard airbox
IMG_3114.jpg

Ensure it has the o-ring rubber seal inside
IMG_3115.jpg

At the front of the engine bay you should see a rubber inlet like this
Below that is a ridge of rubber that the bottom of the air box sits over
IMG_3116.jpg

Split the airbox as it's easier to fit the bottom first
IMG_3117.jpg

Align it with the inlet and the rubber ridge then secure with two 10mm bolts
IMG_3118.jpg

Clip the top of the airbox onto the MAF assembly.
It pushes on and there are two metal clips that latch it in place.
Then clip the top of the airbox down onto the bottom section with the four clips.
Job done.

Brilliant thanks again :D :)
No problem.
If you let us know roughly where you are then you may well find someone close by who can help you further your knowledge or show you how to do stuff.

I have a 2.2/2.5 box with MAF £40 posted IF the original seller doesnt respond
Stuart, he doesn't need the MAF, but at that price I think he should take it all and keep the MAF as a spare.
