Air Conditioning not working

As it's really warm this week here and I wanted it sorted I checked into my friendly neighborhood garage.
We checked the car, compressor works fine it just doesn't build up enough pressure. So we decided to empty the system (only 390 came out?!) and add more oil. So 80 ml of oil the rest AC fluid. The AC now stays engaged and cools better. Yet low pressure isn't low enough and high isn't high enough.
Guess my compressor is on its way out.
