Air Condition compressor

So I bring the car into the dealer (under an extended warranty) for the a/c making noises and when it does so puts a huge power drain on the engine and the a/c not blowing cold air. Based off various peoples opinions they figure the compressor/clutch is going bad. I have serviced it with a can of coolant to where it's supposed to be and the a/c worked great for a while. For this occasion for like 3 days no matter time of day/temp of engine and whatnot the a/c doesn't run right period. Of course when I bring it to the dealer it works perfectly. I cycled it on and off a few dozen times so the dealer would have something to fix, nope worked as advertised. The mechanic said it probably is the compressor getting ready to go out it just hasn't fully kicked the bucket yet.
The a/c still does the sound intermittenly and I want the F'n thing changed (this kind of heat I need a reliable system), but don't want to pay another 50-70 bucks so they can tell me it's good and not change a damn thing.
So does anyone know a way I can speed up the failure of the part?
Every time I hear the noise I've been revving the engine in hopes the added stress will break it.....hasn't happened yet.

My A/C is currently making noises also. Everytime i turn on the A/C there is a noise in the engine bay, the higher i rev, the louder the noise as well. The moment i turn off the A/C noise is gone.

My A/C somehow runs out of cool air when the car runs, and while its stopped it kind of blows cool air again. Recently however the coolness is half baked.

The diagnosis on mine is also a faulty compressor, it needs replacement

Yeah mine is working intermittenly. I don't want to bring it back in only to have it work perfectly at the dealer again. Especially as bmw said they'd charge $240ish bucks to diagnose if nothing ended up being wrong that was covered under warranty.

maybe you should bring it to an A/C shop. they would charge cheaper and double check if indeed the compressor is the problem

our local A/C shop gave a free diagnostics for my A/C system and the compressor is really faulty

compressor is either denso or calsonic brand. my zed seems to have the calsonic brand.
