Hi, When my car is sat in traffic or moving slowly the air con isn't that cold however as soon as I pick up speed it gets to good temp? Any ideas what this could be?

Yes, completely normal. The compressor is running slowly at idle/when in traffic, and at a higher more efficient speed when travelling/higher revs. Completely normal and happens on almost all cars.
