Afternoon

No cold air output from aircon

Ran inpa see screens- assume it’s because pressure is low?

check fuse 22 and 39 but car might be in transport mode. if not then you might have a leak or compressor need checking and poss replacing.

good shout on the fuses will have a look

Stuart OBD readers are not the best for diagnosing faults with the a/c TBH.

If not a fuse, it will need checking with someone who has gauges and can connect to the system. 90% of the time it is low refrigerant (R134a on an E85/86).

When was the last time the a/c was running OK, as that can be a good pointer?

Unknown matey

I’ll ask Ben for a steer and get it into ats on a groupon recharge

Ooh err, I don’t know. I seem to remember it working last time I went in it, but I had it as a non runner over the winter so not much call for aircon. OBY’s twin has no aircon, but that’s because it had no belt to the compressor, now fixed but not tested. If I were you I’d be heading to the garage for a re-gas, aircon isn’t really something you can play with at home.

Go and get it plugged in to an aircon recharge machine, it will do a leak test before it attempts to add the magic fluid, the low pressure INPA shows would suggest the system is airtight so it may be just a case of it needing a recharge. Otherwise it will be down to the pump or a leak.

Thanks all- good input I’ll get her regassed

I’ve got a spare compressor if needed so not too concerned

Lovely and cool now!
Another successful WFH day.
Tracking sorted and aircon sorted.
Just imagine how much you could achieve on a day off. :poke: :D

Can you post an INPA screenshot that shows that the pressure sensor is now actually higher? (so higher than that 1,7 bar)
That would give a nice comparison.
