Air con drain tube blocked

Hi we are currently using our E89 3.0i in spain so haven’t ready access to an English speaking BMW agent. I suspect the car has a blocked air con drain as the passenger foot well gets damp even when it hasn’t been in the rain and the dampness stops when the air con is off. It is not coolant. I need to establish if I can leave this fault until we return back to the uk (some time off) or it needs to be unblocked quickly because (for instance) the collected water might damage nearby electrical components/wiring etc. Can anybody advise or suggest a uk independent who might be willing to listen to me and advise for 5 mins. VMT. Clive

If it helps I know a BMW specialist in Malaga, they are ex BMW technicians from Guarnieri BMW dealership that went bust a few years ago. They are very good and not expensive but they don't speak English. If you like I can help translate with what Spanish I know! I know another independent in Benalmadena / Arroyo de la miel who's also good but not a specialist in any particular brand, not sure how knowledgeable he will be about this topic but he does speak perfect English.

See link to post below it may help with diagnosing the problem.

Thanks for your messages. I am going to leave it for now as it appears that it might be a longer job than I thought. It is either a blocked pipe (easy) or a pipe that has come adrift (expensive). For all I know the car might have been like this since its build (a/c on full chat is rare in the uk except on those rare summer days) but here it has been on for 6 hours at a time. If it looks that it’s still being troublesome then can I please take up silverstar’s offer of speaking with the Malaga guys?
