air bag!!!! doh

after trying to locate the clicking problem behind my steering wheel, i removed the air bag, in preperation to remove the wheel to take the stalks off, however when id removed the air bag the socket i had wasnt up to the job of undoing the centre bolt holding the wheel on, so i was going to drive back to my parents where my torque wrench is, however when i refitted the airbag and re connected the battery and turned the car over, the air bag light is now on.... i did disconnect the battery and i did wait 30 mins before taking the air bag off.

have i done something wrong? is there anything i can do to reset it? or do i know how to take it to a stealer or an indy?

iv currently disconnected the battery to remove and replace the wheel again to see if this cures the problem.
 
Did you reconnect the battery any time before fitting the airbag again? Think a visit to the dealer is now required.

didnt connect the battery at all until the air bag was back in, i took the car to the local indy who switched it off for £20 which wasnt to bad, however iv taken the air bag off again to solve my clicking problem and was extra careful this time, and the light has come back on after it was removed again, so il visit the indy again on monday morning and hopefully he ll sort it out
