Good evening all, I hope you are well.

Would like to start off by thanking all you posters for helping with information. Your knowledge has helped me bring home a Silver 06 2.5 Roadster.

I'm a 50 something tea fiend based in Gloucestershire. Hopefully I'll be able to add to the community, even if it's just laughing at my misfortune.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Assuming yours is a facelift model the were two 2.5 litre models, 2.5i and a more powerful 2.5Si. And just so you know we do like to see photos of new members' cars!

It's a copart survivor. Part time toy and part time project. It's somewhat cleaner now

Welcome. Keep an eye on the ‘meets’ section in the forum. Regular meet ups happening, fairly regularly, at AV8 for example.

There’s also the Queens Square breakfast meets, which are now held out at Eastwood Park on the A38 - this meet is all sorts, not Z4 specifically.

Ah, tea - now I'm on safe ground with this one... And I'm with @enuff_zed on this one - Yorkshire Tea just doesn't do it for me I'm afraid. I'm lucky - one of my daughters works in a tea shop, so I get industrial quantities of Assam tealeaves delivered on a regular basis. When I'm old(er) and doddering around in my bathchair, I'm going to look back at areas of my life that I am most proud of. Offspring working in a tea shop will be one of them.
